DrinkWithMe LLC, operating as Drink With Me Experiences™ x Chef Jayson, uses the information you provide to handle orders, customer requests, and the receipt options you choose.

Information we collect

Checkout collects your name, contact phone number, order selections, pickup or delivery choice, and delivery address for delivery orders. An email address is collected when you choose an email receipt. You may also provide allergy or substitution notes. Please include only information needed for your order.

We save order references, amounts, tax, payment status, receipt preferences, promotional SMS topic choices, consent wording version and submission time, and receipt-submission results. Your bag is stored in your browser’s session storage so it can follow you between the menu and checkout. Our hosting and payment services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

How information is used

We use order information to review and manage orders, respond to questions, process payments, provide receipts you request, and maintain business and tax records. Choosing a receipt does not sign you up for promotional messages.

Services that process information

Our website hosting and storage services process order records. Card payments are handled by Stripe; our website does not collect or store full card numbers. When receipt delivery is connected, the selected email or text provider processes the recipient details and message needed to send your receipt. These service providers process information to provide the requested service.

Marketing and promotional sharing

We do not sell customer information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Optional promotional texts

You may separately opt in to offers and discounts, menu and seasonal updates, or upcoming event announcements at checkout. These boxes are optional and unchecked by default. We save the selected topics, phone number, consent wording version, and submission time with your checkout record. Receipt consent does not enroll you in promotions. Promotional messaging is not active yet; when activated, only your selected topics may be sent. Reply STOP to opt out or contact us to change your preferences.

Your receipt choices

Email and text receipts are optional and selected separately. Leaving both unchecked does not prevent checkout; you can view, print, or save the confirmation page. If you choose a text receipt, the contact phone number is used for that order’s receipt. Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us for help.

Records and security

We retain information as needed to manage orders, answer requests, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, corrections, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Keep your receipt link private because it provides access to your order details. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
