Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the ordering and optional receipt services provided by DrinkWithMe LLC, operating as Drink With Me Experiences™ x Chef Jayson.

Current ordering status

The website is currently in test mode. Test submissions do not place real orders, reserve products, or arrange pickup or delivery. Do not send real payments for test orders. Real ordering will be announced separately.

Menu, prices, and fulfillment

The menu shows available selections and sizes. The checkout total lists item prices, applicable sales tax, and any delivery fee before submission. Delivery is limited to NYC and is $5; pickup is free. Pickup and delivery arrangements must be confirmed with the business when real ordering opens.

Payment and order confirmation

Saving an order or receiving a receipt does not by itself confirm payment or business acceptance. Cash App, Zelle, and cash payments remain pending until the business verifies them. Card payment confirmation requires verification from the payment provider. Contact us about changes, cancellations, refunds, availability, or fulfillment before making other arrangements.

Ingredients and special requests

Menu ingredient summaries may not list every ingredient or possible cross-contact source. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy. Allergy and substitution notes are requests for review; checkout does not confirm a substitution or guarantee allergen-free preparation.

Optional email and SMS receipts

Checking “Text my receipt” authorizes Drink With Me Experiences to send an automated transactional receipt to the phone number supplied for that order. This choice is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and does not enroll you in marketing messages. Email receipts are separately optional. You may choose either, both, or neither.

Message frequency depends on your orders and receipt requests. We send a receipt for each eligible order for which you select text delivery. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Receipt sending is subject to provider availability, sender approval, and network delivery; receipt submission is not a guarantee of delivery. When a service is unavailable, the website displays its status and provides a printable confirmation.

Optional promotional SMS

Separate unchecked boxes let you request recurring automated promotional texts from Drink With Me Experiences about offers and discounts, menu and seasonal updates, and upcoming events. Checking one or more boxes authorizes texts only about those selected topics to the contact number you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchase and is separate from receipt delivery. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Promotional messaging is not active yet and requires provider approval and setup before sending.

STOP, HELP, and support

Reply STOP to the sending number to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact drinkwithme21@gmail.com or 929-369-1383. After opting out, use an email or printable receipt. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
